Instructions

Step 1
Drizzle the salmon fillets in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the oven for 12 mins.
Step 2
Boil the onions and garlic with the pasta for 5 mins.
Step 3
Add the remaining vegetables and cook for a further 5 mins.
Step 4
Meanwhile, sauté the courgette with olive oil.
Step 5
Once all cooked, sieve the pasta and vegetables and combine with the courgette and salmon pieces. Stir in with Philadelphia.
Step 6
Season with pepper and chopped parsley.
