Instructions
Step 1
Remove corned beef round from package and place it in a pot filled with water, bring water to boil and adjust heat to medium once it starts to boil(60-90 mins per pound for cooking time).
Step 2
Slice cabbage and carrot into chunks and sit aside.
Step 3
Put sliced cabbage and carrot in the broth to cook about 20 minutes before the end cooking time.
Step 4
Slice corned beef and serve warm.
