Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

Step 2
Remove any loose leaves from the Brussels sprouts and trim the ends off. Cut in half lengthwise.



Step 3
Add them to a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.






Step 4
Add the flour and mix so everything is evenly coated.

Step 5
Place the Brussels sprouts directly on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.

Step 6
Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or use them to top a salad.
