Step 1
In a small jar combine the chia seeds, almond milk, flaxseed oil and maple syrup. Shake to combine well, ensuring the chia seeds are dispersed and there are no lumps. Place in the fridge for two hours or overnight.
Step 2
To serve, top with sliced banana, coconut, almond butter and cinnamon.
