Hungry and don’t have much food in the house. Use some leftovers. Add to them to fulfill your cravings. In this meal I used leftover turkey taco meat for a healthy spin but you can use beef, it’ll have a similar flavor either way.

Instructions
Step 1
Dice your potatoes and place them in a pan with some water on high heat. Heat them until the water starts to sizzle. Occasionally stir. You want the potatoes to soften.






Step 2
When your potatoes get soft add your oil and seasoning to them.

Once your potatoes are browned add your leftover taco meat. When the meat is warm slide everything to one side of your pan.

On the opposite side of the food in your pan Add your eggs. Cook them fully.

Step 5
Mix all your ingredients together in your pan.
Step 6
Optional flavor can come from sliced avocados, taco sauce, or a cup of orange juice.
