Instructions
Step 1
Add your Flour eggs and milk in a deeper bowl and mix
Step 2
Try whisking and if it doesn't go, add some more milk.
Tip: You can make the dough only with water or only with milk. It is best when you put half of the mineral water and half the milk.
It is important that the dough is thick and that you whisk it until smooth, without lumps, then add more milk, then a little acidic water and so until you get a dough that looks like broth. Add about 1 dl of oil to the beaten dough and mix well.
Step 3
Tip: the dough will be better if you let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
Pour oil into the pan and when it is heated, pour out the oil, so that the pan remains only greasy. Put it back on the stove and then pour the ladle dough, which should be evenly distributed over the pan. The temperature at which pancakes are baked should be high. Leave for a few moments on the stove, then roll over with a knife or throw it up.
Tip: use only Teflon frying pan, as this will avoid pancakes sticking to the bottom of the pan.
