Step 1
Preheat oven to 350⁰, and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well in between.

Mix with dry ingredients slowly.

Mix cinnamon-sugar mixture together in a separate bowl.

Roll dough into balls, then roll into cinnamon-sugar mixture.
