Instructions
For the sushi rice
Step 1
Cook 3 cups of uncooked sushi rice
Pressure CookerRice
Step 2
Take out rice after it’s cooked into a big bowl, and mix in the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix till fully mixed in and rice is not wet.
For pokebowl
Step 3
Cut salmon, cucumber, green onions, crab meat into bite sized pieces
Step 4
Put rice as the base in the plate, and put on top of rice the salmon, cucumbee, green onions, and crab meat
Step 5
Garnish with kimchi
Step 6
Pour any sauces, such as kewpie mayo, soy sauce and hot sauce, as needed
