1 cupSemolina

Instructions
Step 1
1 medium size Onion, finely chopped, प्याज
Step 2
Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ती
Step 3
1 medium size Tomato, finely chopped, टमाटर
Step 4
A pinch of Red chilli powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Step 5
1 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
Step 6
Step No 1 : In a bowl, add semolina, curd, salt to taste, 1/2 cup water and mix well. Add little more water as needed to get a dropping consistency batter. Best to add water a little at a time to begin with. Rest aside for a few minutes.

Step No 2 : In another small bowl, add oil and baking soda and mix it well.

Step No 3 : Transfer this mixture into the batter and mix well.

Step No 4 : Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter in round shape.

Step No 5 : Sprinkle some chopped onion, coriander leaves,tomato, green chilli and red chilli powder.

Step No 6 : When the base is firm, flip it and cook it on the other side until it is cooked well. Cook on medium flame.

Step No 7 : Serve hot rava uttapam with chutney.

How T Make Chutney For Uttapam Recipe

Step No 1 : Heat sesame oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves let it splutter well.

Step No 2 : Add dry red chilli, ginger saute it well.

Step No 3 : Add slice onion saute for 2 minutes.

Step No 4 : Add tomato and mix well and cook for 2-4 minutes on medium flame.
Step 18
Step No 5 : Add tamarind pulp, red chilli powder and Jagger saute everything well. Switch off the flame.

Step No 6 : Once the mixture is cooldown transfer it into the grinder jar and grind into smooth paste.
Step 20
Step No 7 : Transfer it into a bowl.
