Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef. Drain grease
Step 2
Cook rice
Step 3
Combine all ingredients.
Step 4
Cut tops off of peppers. Remove center of peppers and all seeds. Spray outside and under of peppers with oil.
Step 5
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Step 6
Place stuffed peppers in 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
