Step 1
Cut chicken in bite pieces. Cover with cornstarch and hot sauce .
Meanwhile cut vegetables. And prepare sauce with last 4 ingredients on the list . Fry chicken on both side and set aside. In same pan add oil and fry garlic and ginger. Add onion. Fry for few minutes till get color. Add rest of vegetables and fry for 2-3 min. Add chicken and sauce. If needed add more water or chicken stock. Taste . Cook for 5-10 min more . Serve over rice or just with pita bread .
