Instructions

Step 1
Cut the banana into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Spread on the lotus biscoff spread on the bottom half leaving a 0,5cm margin.
Step 4
Place 6 banana slices on to the toast.
Step 5
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.
Step 6
Crush the speculoos by hand or with a rolling pin and add to a flat plate.
Step 7
Whisk the egg in a flat plate.
Step 8
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the speculoos.
Step 9
In a pan heat up the butter. Fry the toast on medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
