Step 1
Mix first three ingredients and let sit 5 minutes, mix in next three ingredients and mix well, mix in flours and salt. Kneed for 7-10 minutes. Let rest covered 1 hour. Divide into 8 pieces, roll into balls, let sit covered for 5 minutes. Flatten and out on trays, let rest covered for 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes. Finish them by frying in pan with small amount of oil.
