Instructions

Step 1
Place potatoes (skin on) in a pot of cold salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Step 2
While your potatoes are cooking, in a large bowl, make the dressing by mixing together the sour cream, dill, parsley, horseradish, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper until we’ll combined.
Step 3
Once your potatoes are cooked, drain and let stand for 10 minutes to cool down. slice them 1/2 inch and place them into the large dressing bowl & Mix gently to coat.
Step 4
Place potatoes on a serving dish and top with smoked salmon flakes, capers, an extra sprinkle of dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
