Step 1
Add olive oil in a pan. Add butter then diced garlic.
Step 2
Add seasoned shrimp to pan. Let cook on each side for 1 minute.
Step 3
Chop lettuce, shred carrot, diced apples to a plate or bowl. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Step 4
Add shrimp to the salad.
