Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease baking dish.

2. Make enchilada filling: Mix shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and cream cheese in a bowl.
Step 3
3. Add 2 scoops of the mixture to each tortilla. Roll up. Place in baking dish. This should make about 8 enchiladas.

4. To make cheese sauce to pour over top: Melt butter in frying pan and then add packet of taco seasoning. When mixed blended, stir in flour and chicken broth. Then add 1/2 cup cheese, 1 can green chiles, sour cream and stir.
Step 5
5. Pour sauce evenly over enchiladas in baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Step 6
6. Bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes.
