Instructions
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, and Velvetta cheese in a blender, blend till smooth



Step 2
Cook ground chicken and add in taco seasoning




Step 3
In a bowl place cheesy mixture, cooked ground chicken, add black beans, and a handful of cilantro and mix all together



Step 4
Take 1/5 of the filling onto a low carb/cal tortilla, roll and toast on each side in a pan


Step 5
Roll burrito in foil and freeze for meals for the week
