Salmon with Garlic Sauce and Mash

Instructions

Step 1
Squeeze a little lemon juice onto some salmon fillets, then sprinkle liberally with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and mixed dried herbs.
Step 2
Make the sauce with lots of melted butter and the same herbs and seasoning as on the fish but add lots of fresh crushed garlic. Simmer it gently in a pan for a few minutes.
Step 3
Fry the salmon in oil until crispy on both sides and just cooked through. Serve with mashed potato and green veg. Then pour the garlic sauce over the fish and potato. Utterly gorgeous!
