Instructions
Step 1
In a small glass pour water and dry yeast and a pinch of sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes. When the foam starts forming on top of the glass, it's done.
Step 2
In a big plastic bowl put all the flour,and the mixture of yeast. Por 500ml of water all while mixing it. Add salt, then olive oil.
Step 3
Leave it to grow for 1h.
Step 4
Cut it in 4 pices and leave it be for another 3 hours.
