Marinate
Step 1
Add together ingredients in ziplock bag and marinate for at least 1 hr

Preheat oven to 350

In a cast iron pan sear the tenderloin on all sides. Add the remaining marinade to the pan

Once seared place in oven. Baste tenderloin with sauce as it cooks and then flip tenderloin over half way through and baste it again.
Step 5
Cook tenderloin until the internal temp is 150.
Rice
Step 6
Put some butter in a pot until melted
Step 7
Mix rice with the butter to lightly toast it. Then add the water
Step 8
Once water is boiled turn off the stove and let sit until tenderloin is done
Step 9
Add the green onions to the rice once it is fully cooked
