Moose Spare Ribs

1 Tbspolive oil
15 ozTomatoes with spices
can

tomato paste

½ cupbalsamic vinegar

¼ cupbrown sugar

6 clovesgarlic
crushed

1yellow onion
small, sliced

15 ozdark porter
stout, or brown ale, blackberry porter used

2 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspblack pepper

1 tspdried rosemary

1 tspdried sage

½ Tbspgarlic powder

½ Tbsponion powder

½ Tbspdried thyme

1 tsporegano

1 tsppaprika
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix spices in bowl for spice rub 2. Trim ribs of fat and skin
3. Rub Olive Oil and Spice Rub over all the ribs
4. Put crushed garlic and onions in Instapot with Olive Oil and butter and sauté until nice and browned
5. Brown the meat side of the ribs in instapot
6. Add remainder of ingredients into instapot
7. Pressure cook on low for 1.5 hours
8. Slow cook until ready to eat (minimum 1 hour)
8. Serve with taters and veggies
