Ingredients

3 cupsold-fashioned oats
2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonsalt
2 ¼ cupsunsweetened almond milk
2 cupssweet apple
such as Honeycrisp, grated and unpeeled
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
1 cupswalnuts chopped
2 cupsstrawberries
sliced
1 cupraspberries
1 cupblackberries
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, stir together oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir in almond milk, grated apple, syrup and vanilla. Pour mixture into an 11-by-7-inch glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.

2. Bake until set, about 35 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting into six pieces.
Step 3
3. Combine strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in a bowl. Serve berry mixture over oatmeal.
