Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C fan.
Step 2
Cut the ciabatta bread lengthwise, transfer to the baking tray and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
When bread is ready, rub it with clove of garlic, spread 2tbsp hummus on each part, drizzle with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, cumin and chilli flakes. Place your carrot and radish on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with thyme sprigs.
