Step 1
1-Place the juice, sugar, zest and honey into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
2-Reduce heat and simmer until a nice glaze if formed. It should reduce in half and you will know when it's done when you dip a spoon into it and it coats the spoon without running off.
Step 3
3-Put your bacon on a baking sheet and brush a light coat of glaze on both sides of the bacon and place in the pre heated 400 degree oven.
Step 4
4-Halfway done flip the bacon and brush another coat of glaze on the bacon and finish baking the bacon.
