Serrano peppers
2Chicken Breasts
thinly sliced
⅓ cupginger
julienned
3 cupsmushrooms
thinly sliced
10 cupschicken bone broth

Instructions
Step 1
Bring chicken bone broth to a boil, add chilies, ginger and chicken. Cook till chicken is mostly cooked on medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for additional 2 mins. Add fresh lime juice, scallions and/or cilantro as per taste.
