This is my favorite new way to make turkey . Very tasty full of flavor and makes great leftovers the following day .

Instructions
Step 1
Fry galangal and lemongrass in a little oil on a medium heat add garlic and fry another minute then add rolled turkey meatballs and brown in the pan

Add coconut milk vegetable broth grated ginger miso paste lime leaves carrots and romana beans and bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes then Add fish sauce and peanut butter .

Add honey then check the seasoning add chopped coriander and serve over the rice noodles . I like to serve with extra fresh chillies and lime wedges . Enjoy
