Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C fan force. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Line salmon fillets onto the baking tray. Place broccolini around the salmon fillets on the baking tray.
Step 3
3. In a bowl add the soy, coconut sugar, grated ginger, grated garlic, lime zest, and juice. Mix to combine and spoon over the salmon and broccolini. Place halved limes onto the tray.
Step 4
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Scatter coriander leaves over the top and serve with rice.
