Lasagna

Lasagna This lasagna recipe is one of the easiest to make yet so delicious. This recipe is inspired by my sister Adar she makes her lasagna with Alfredo sauce instead of ricotta cheese and it comes out so rich and creamy. Since Ramadan is right around the corner you can make this lasagna and freeze it to save some time. Use foil trays, make the lasagna as usual cover really well with foil then freeze. When you’re ready to bake just take it out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge, then pop it in the oven and you’ll have iftar ready in no time. Perfect for those busy days.
