Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Since eating out might become more challenging, instead, make your favorite takeout flavors at home. Chicken fried rice is much easier to prepare than you might think, and it will quickly become a dish that you will make over and over.

Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for three to five minutes, flipping so all sides cook evenly.
Step 2
Add garlic, Ginger, Peas and carrots, and cook for two minutes.
Step 3
Push the chicken mixture to one side of the skillet and add eggs and scramble for one to two minutes. Stir eggs and the chicken mixture together.
Step 4
Add Rice to the skillet and Stir to combine with the chicken mixture.
Step 5
Pour soy sauce over rice and stir to combine with the chicken mixture. Fry the rice for another three to five minutes, serve warm.
