Instructions
Step 1
Cut tempeh into thin slices then add harissa paste. Mix well and set aside to marinade for at least 15 mins before cooking.
Step 2
In the meantime, prep your broccoli by cutting the ends off the stems. Then submerge the broccoli in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook accordingly.
Step 3
Cut the desired amount of vegan feta into cubes and set aside for later.
Step 4
Prep your rice. I used a microwaveable packet that cooked in 2 mins. If you’re making it fresh then I’d start with that.
Step 5
Heat oil on a medium heat and fry the marinated tempeh for 5 mins in total, flip half way, (2.5mins each side).
Step 6
Layer your nourish bowl with rice, then veggies, tofu and cheese. Add whatever toppings or sauces you’d like and enjoy!
