Nourish bowls always make my heart happy, especially when it’s fall themed! Sweet potatoes have my heart and will forever! Here I chose to do a maple flavored bowl because is it really fall without anything maple flavored??

Instructions

Step 1
Cook Quinoa as instructed on the package.
Step 2
Cut Veggies & Tofu.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients, EXCEPT the soy sauce.

Step 4
Mix and add half of the marinade to your veggies.
Step 5
In the other half, add the soy sauce and add the tofu.
Step 6
Give both a shake ( separately)
Step 7
Air Fry for 15 Minutes at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit, flipping half way through.
Step 8
Make your tahini dressing by combining and mixing the ingredients.
Step 9
Assemble your bowl and enjoy!
