Although one of the yummiest things at Panda Express, you can easily make these at home!

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare either a deep pan on the stove with around an inch of oil or preheat your air fryer to 425°.
Step 2
Combine the cream cheese and green onions using a mixer and a deep mixing bowl.
Step 3
Once well combined, prepare your egg wash by whisking the egg yolk in a small bowl with a tsp of water, this will be used to seal the Rangoons
Step 4
Begin spooning the cream cheese mixture onto the Wonton papers 1 by 1.
Step 5
Try to put around 1 1/2 tsp of mixture in each Wonton paper. Then dip your pointer finger in the egg wash and run it all along the inside outer edge of the filled Wonton paper
Step 6
Now, it's time to fold begin by taking two diagonal corners of the paper and folding together, do not completely seal all edges, just seal at the two corners, then take the opposite diagonal corners and do the same.
Step 7
Once you are completely out of the cream cheese mixture, you may begin frying your prepared rangoons to a crispy golden brown.
Step 8
If using the air fryer set the timer to 10 minutes, but check periodically. Will not take longer than 10 minutes, but I've seen different cook times in different air fryers.
Step 9
Allow to cool down for a few minutes and then serve. Best when dipped in sweet and sour sauce.
