Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook stirring about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add beef and cook breaking it apart until browned about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir penne, marinara, 1/2 cup cheese & Parsley into mix and transfer to casserole dish.
Step 4
Spread evenly and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes.
