Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle olive oil and sizzle your chopped garlic and lemon zest for a couple of minutes.

Add the lemon juice and let it simmer for about 5 mins (this way it will lose its acidity).

Add heavy cream, season with a pinch of salt and let your sauce simmer for about 10 minutes or until it thickens (if you use single cream, it might take a little bit more).

In the meantime, boil your linguine in some salted water, drain and add them to your creamy lemon sauce.

Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding butter and some pasta water to make it super sexy! Turn the heat off and add your grated cheese, stir one last time.
