Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Add in the milk.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
Step 3
Pour the batter onto the pan, and spread as thin as possible.
Step 4
Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Step 5
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until air bubbles form on the surface. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Step 6
Serve with fresh fruit and nut butters.
