These Lebanese style garlic cilantro baked chicken wings are a huge hit with the whole family, super tasty and loaded with a rich garlic lemon sauce but cilantro makes all the difference, it’s delicious enough that everyone can eat them.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2
Whisk the chopped garlic, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, red chili, salt & pepper then marinate the wings about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Place the chicken wings in a baking pan, add 200ml water to the marinated mixture, pour it on the wings and bake it uncovered about 1 hour.
Step 4
Turn off the oven, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve.
