Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1 cup water. Cook onion and garlic, then add red peppers, beans, artichoke hearts, and half the reserved water. Reduce by half. Add pasta and rest of the water and cook 2 mins. Remove from heat, add zest and parsley. Drizzle w pistou and serve.
