Instructions
Step 1
1. In a Dutch oven, melt butter and add veggies and curry powder and sauté until veggies have softened.
Step 2
2. Remove lobster from tails and cut into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
3. Add Chilau’s seafood sauce, coconut milk and seafood broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4
4. Add snow peas and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Step 5
5. Add shrimp and lobster and simmer until the seafood is cooked through.
Step 6
6. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
