Step 1
Sauté onions and garlic on medium heat
Step 2
Add ground beef and brown
Step 3
Add 3 cups water, tomato paste, tomato sauce, kidney beans and seasoning
Step 4
Bring to boil, then lower to simmer for 30min to an hour
