Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, beat eggs together with milk.

Add eggs to the frying pan and cook for 5 mins on low-medium heat.

Keep an eye on the eggs and ensure you stir consistently to get a scrambled consistency.

Once eggs are cooked, take them off the heat.

Finely chop red onions and place them in a bowl with vinegar.

Toast bread.
Step 7
Place toast on a plate and top with eggs and salmon, scattering onion pickle on top.
