Instructions

Step 1
Add basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan cheese, and salt into a food processor
Step 2
Slowly drizzle olive oil in while processing until a thick sauce is formed
Step 3
Scoop the pesto onto a pan on medium high heat
Step 4
Crack egg on top and fry for 2-3 minutes until egg whites are cooked
Step 5
Toast bread
Step 6
Place pesto egg on top of bread
Step 7
Garnish with black pepper or red pepper flakes and enjoy!
