Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, add soya milk, sugar, cocoa and dark chocolate and mix everything for about 3 mins or until smooth.
Step 2
Now, add agar agar (or 15g gelatine) and bring to a boil, stirring from time to time.
Step 3
In the meantime cut the top of your milk container, then pour your liquid chocolate pudding in it.
Step 4
Cover with cling film and rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours (but if you have time I suggest leaving it for 6 hours).
Step 5
Serve with some cocoa on top.
