Instructions

Step 1
Boil 2 cups of water for rice.
Step 2
Stir 2 cups of rice, and tsp of parsley flakes into the boiling water, remove from heat, and cover.
Step 3
Brown 1lb of meat in a skillet
Step 4
Use the garlic press to mince 4 cloves of garlic, add to meat, and cook another 30 seconds.
Step 5
If using frozen brocolli, follow microwave instructions on the bag, drain, and set aside.
Step 6
Add to the skillet, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and stir about 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the steamed broccoli, and cook another 2 minutes.
