Step 1
Mix together the melted butter, sugar and salt. Add the flour and mix until smooth.

Press the dough in a baking tray (30x20cm) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees C.
Apple Filling

Slice the apples in little cubes
Step 4
Combine the apples, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Topping
Step 5
Whisk together the oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Knead in the cold butter (with hands of fork) until the mixture becomes a crumble.
Assembling everything
Step 6
Lay the apples on top of the baked crust and top it of with the crumble.
Step 7
Bake for 35 minutes, 180 degrees C
