My 2nd Favorite Hot Drink after COFFEE!
This Masala Chai (Spiced Tea Drink) is perfectly spiced with the right amount of spices to warm you a chilly morning. Did you know "Chai" is the word for "Tea" in Hindi and "Masala" means "Spices" in Hindi as well?
As always make this and any of my recipes your own. If you don’t like ginger, don’t add it. If you’d like to add honey, add it! Do what brings you JOY!
This will make (4) 6-ounce cups

Step 1
- Crush your Spices and add them to a pot of water
- Add your Black Tea, a pinch of Cayenne, and bring to a boil - Boil for 2 minutes, add your preferred sweetener and add oat milk
- Boil for another 2 -3 minutes, strain, and Enjoy!
