Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Mix brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl

Add peanut butter and mix well
Step 4
Stir in chocolate chips if using

Spoon onto a cookie sheet. Press until somewhat flat
Step 6
Cook until light brown on edges (8-10 min)
Step 7
Cool completely before eating to prevent crumbling

Can add frosting or use in whoopie pies
Step 9
If crumbling is an issue, can add 1/4 tsp of xanthum or guar gum with the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
