Chili Beans with Peanuts

Instructions

Step 1
Place beans in a strainer and pour boiling water over them for 5 seconds.
Step 2
Drain well, pat very dry, and set aside.
Step 3
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until very hot, about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Pour in oil and heat for 20 seconds.
Step 5
Add garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry for 10 seconds (do not let garlic burn).
Step 6
Add beans and peanuts and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Remove from heat.
Step 8
Toss with chili oil and serve immediately.
