Combine water and chia seeds. Set aside for a few minutes
Step 2
chop pepper and onion. put in wok or pan to start cooking.
Step 3
Put remaining ingredients except chia seeds and chestnuts in pan/ wok
Step 4
Add chia seed mix when it is ready
Step 5
Add chestnuts when almost ready to serve
