Step 1
Put a wok or large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add in 1 tbsp of cooking oil and the 3 cloves of garlic. Sauté the garlic for about one minute. Add in any harder vegetables, such as carrots or cauliflower. Cook for about 3 minutes or so. Add in other vegetables with coconut aminos. If you plan to use stir fry sauce, as well (1 tbsp of my stir fry sauce is 9 grams of protein) then add it in now. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the vegetables look soft. If you add too much liquid, then mix up some corn starch with water, add it into the vegetables, and it will thicken up your veggies.
Step 2
Serve over low protein (shirataki/konjac) rice, cauliflower rice, or with rice noodles. Yum, enjoy!
