alternatively, use any other chili sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

Instructions
Step 1
- cook ramen noodles according to package instructions

Step 2
- heat up diced onion, garlic and ginger with the oil in a pan until fragrant





Step 3
- stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sriracha, rice vinegar and sesame oil






Step 4
- add noodles to pan and mix with the sauce, stir in bean sprouts if desired

Step 5
- serve noodles and top with green onion, chili flakes and sesame
